Waterloo Park – Committee approval received 🌟 Hargreaves are delighted that Outline consent has been unanimously approved for commercial development at Waterloo Park, by Havant Borough Council’s planning committee on Thursday. Waterloo Park is a major regeneration site on the edge of Waterlooville town Centre, now with renewed support for a range of Class E (light industrial, retail, café/restaurant, leisure, and gym), B2 (general industrial), B8 (storage) and B8 trade counter uses . With Phase 1 delivered and Phase 2 due to commence shortly, this will enable further occupiers to come forward on the remaining phases and to contribute further jobs to the local economy.
