Development Pipeline Update Hargreaves are constantly looking to expand, regenerate, and improve our portfolio and holdings across the South East. Our current development projects include sites at various stages of development located in: Alton Burgess Hill Brighton Rustington Havant Worthing Waterlooville We have made significant progress towards positive determination of planning at both our Alton (pictured) and Waterlooville retail schemes, with interest from major UK retail operators at an advanced stage. Other sites include several, multiple unit residential schemes, a Trade Counter scheme, and the reworking of several sites and land holdings across the portfolio to further enhance the future potential of the business.
