CommercialUK is a commercial property listing portal operated by CommercialUK. The platform connects commercial property agents with prospective buyers and tenants across the United Kingdom.
By using CommercialUK you agree to these terms. You may browse listings, submit enquiries, and save searches without creating an account. Agent features (listing properties, claiming listings) require registration.
CommercialUK displays two types of listings:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Always verify details directly with the agent before making decisions.
Agents can register for free and list up to 5 properties at no charge. By registering, agents confirm they are authorised to market the listed properties. Agents must not submit false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
Enquiries submitted through CommercialUK are forwarded to the relevant agent. We are not a party to any transaction between searchers and agents. CommercialUK does not provide property advice, valuations, or legal services.
The CommercialUK name, logo, design and content are the property of CommercialUK. Listing content belongs to the respective agents. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from this platform without written permission.
CommercialUK is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or transactions with agents. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) for the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CommercialUK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
