Sheffield station - New retail unit

The planned unit comprises space to install a new kiosk within the main station concourse sited between Superdrug/WHSmith/M&S and directly opposite Starbucks. The opportunity will appeal to operators seeking to introduce their retail offer with a point of difference to the existing providers. Currently used to house up to three ATM cash machines the space is to be re-purposed for a new in line retail kiosk. The new unit will have electricity, drainage and water supplies. The incoming tenant will be required to install their own frontage and shop fit out.
