A public commitment to every commercial property agent in the UK. Five clauses. No small print.

Agents will never be charged to list commercial properties they upload themselves. Unlimited listings, unlimited leads on those listings, no caps, no paywalls, no card required. This applies to every agent, forever — not just founding members.
If we add paid features in the future, they will be additive only. We will not move anything that is free today into a paid tier. We will not rate-limit, downgrade, or degrade the free experience to push agents toward paid plans.
The first 100 agents to register get every paid feature we ever launch — free, for life. If CommercialUK is sold, acquired, or restructured, the Founding Agent benefits transfer with the platform.
Agent emails, phone numbers, and company details are never sold to third parties, never rented to marketers, never used to train external AI models. Enquiries from buyers/tenants go direct to the listing agent with no middleman.
If CommercialUK ever breaches any clause above, every agent is entitled to: a complete export of their listings, enquiries, and analytics data in portable format, and a full refund of any fees paid in the preceding 12 months — no questions asked.
Total transparency. This is exactly how the platform is structured, now and forever.

Commercial agents in the UK have watched this happen before. A property portal launches, promises free listings, builds supply on the back of agents' hard work, then introduces fees the moment it has leverage. Rightmove did it. Zoopla did it. OnTheMarket did it. Every agent we speak to is waiting for CommercialUK to do the same.
So we're not asking you to trust us. We're putting the commitment in public, date-stamped, with a named remedy if we break it. If CommercialUK ever charges for the things listed under "Free Forever" above — or downgrades them, or rate-limits them to push you toward paid plans — every affected agent is entitled to full data export and a refund of any fees paid. That clause is real and it binds any future owner.
The free tier isn't a loss-leader. It's the product. The optional add-ons are how the platform eventually pays for itself — only once there's enough demand to make them worth paying for.
